Scope Of Work

The entire site was totally redesigned due to the Florida Department of Transportation placing a new on ramp to Interstate 4 along the north side of the property which significantly reduced the size of the property and made adhering to setback even more difficult.  The store was gutted out and everything was totally redesigned inside as well.  I had to work in all disciplines during this project which is typical for most of the projects I do for Laeqali and Associates Inc.  All of this had to also comply with the Historic District of Ybor which made the project even more difficult than a typical project.
