Designer's Specialty Millwork has been meeting the exacting specifications of leading Owners, Architects, Interior Designers and General Contractors throughout Florida for over 18 years. DSM specializes in Custom Casework, Architectural Paneling, Millwork, and Architectural Decorative Metal.   All work is manufactured in our State of the Art 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL and installed by our in-house installation team, which is one of the largest in Florida. DSM has successfully instituted the LEAN Manufacturing protocols companywide. Annual Sales range from $12,000,000 to $20,000,000 and we have a bonding capacity of $20,000,000 with a $12,000,000 single project limit. Our Bond Rate is at or below 1%.
Our proven track record for superior workmanship and on-time delivery at 5 Star Resort Properties, Class “A” Office Building, and Hospitals are well known throughout the construction industry. Signature projects include the Marlins Ballpark, Joe DiMaggio Hospital, Met 2 Hotel, Fontainebleau II and Fontainebleau III Hotels, The Marquis Hotel, The Trump Palace, Diplomat Hotel Residences, The W Hotel Night Club at South Beach, The Bourbon Steak at The Turnberry Isles Resort, City Place Office Tower, and Darden Corporate Headquarters. All casework is specially made to order and working drawings clearly define details for Architectural review. Designer’s Specialty Millwork is also a certified Solid Surface fabricator and installer with over $5,000,000 of Solid Surface products manufactured and installed.
Designer’s Specialty Millwork has the necessary experience to successfully complete prestigious Class “A” LEED® Certified Projects. The company’s owner, G.G. Harrison, LEED®, AP has held her LEED® Certification since April 2008. DSM has successfully used is experience and industry knowledge to attain the maximum available points in the most cost effective manner possible. LEED® Projects awarded to DSM include Jade Ocean, City Place Office Tower, West Palm Beach Elementary School, Lauderhill Municipal Complex and the Darden Corporate Headquarters.
