RAMS is a Skilled Trades Alternative workforce supplier to the construction industry. We specialize in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, sheet metal and other skilled trades.
 
In addition, RAMS is a state approved pre-apprenticship training provider through our JumpStart program. JumpStart is designed to train under- employed individuals in the electrical and plumbing fields and put them to work as apprentices with our client partners. Upon completion of this six month program of both classroom and hands on training, students are encouaged to enroll in one of the many state approved apprenticeship programs under RAMS sponsorship.
 
RAMS provides additional training in OSHA 10, OSHA30, FASA, BASA and other advanced skills programs through it's TEC division.
