Cox Fire Protection, Inc.

For over 25 years, Cox Fire Protection, Inc. has been providing a full range of fire protection services throughout the state of Florida.  Formed in 1984, and now certified by the state of Florida as a Minority Business Enterprise, Cox Fire has successfully designed, fabricated, installed, and maintained fire protection systems of many of the state's most recognizable buildings.  We are proud to have been a part of the construction of some of the most exciting projects in Central Florida, including the new Buccaneer Training Facility, the Towers of Channelside, Legends Field, Kids in Charge at MOSI, the historic renovation of Hillsborough High School, and the new Shands Cancer Research Center in Gainesville.

Cox is dedicated to the goal of insuring public safety by providing reliable fire protection systems in new building, and retrofit of systems in existing buildings.  Cox Fire recognizes the necessity of working as a responsible member of a team in project completion.  We take pride in the level of service offered to our customers and have built solid customer relations as a result of providing qualitiy professional workmanship. 

Services offered by Cox Fire Protection include:

• 24 hour emergency service
• Design, installation and service of wet and dry fire protection systems in new projects
• Retrofit systems in existing buildings
• Remodel/repair of existing systems to insure that current code specifications are met
• Inspection and testing of existing systems on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis

Cox has recently opened 2 branch offices - one in Ocala, and one in Jacksonville, and each office offers a full range of fire protection services.
