Sullivan Construction, Inc. is a 41 year old general contractor providing construction management, design build and hard bid services to its commercial clients.  Sullivan is a "green" committed and sustainable materials construction company with many LEED Certified projects and green, non certified projects in its portfolio.  We service the project needs of Healthcare, education, office, retail, industrial, R&D and automotive uses throughout New England, 

We are licensed in 26 states and travel to service our client needs through a network of contractors across the country who are aligned strategically to the Sullivan Group.  This is a group founded by Tom Sullivan as he originally sought to work with members of the Jack Miller School who shared the same values of service to clients.
