Scott Southwick

Scott Southwick's Bio
Scott is responsible for all field personnel, OSHA training of all Superintendants to a 30 Hour standard for the Company and our overall training of field personnel. He is a project manager on many of our larger projects that require coordination of labor interests.
Scott brings substantial highrise experience to Sullivan Construction from his metro construction background.
Tom is responsible for all areas of the Company and provides the vision for our direction. He has 28 years of experience in managing projects, client relations and strategic planning relating to the success of Sullivan Construction. His direct reports include estimating, sales and marketing, project management and finance.
Bill heads up the healthcare unit for Sullivan. He has extensive experience in hospital settings with equipment installations and working in occupied spaces. Bill does other commercial work for our clients in retail, office, automotive and education segments.
His strength is commitment to client budgets and schedule and managing to a positive result.
Craig is responsible for all bids to clients and new relationships for Sullivan Construction. He coordinates all subcontractor bids and presents options at owner meetings for consideration in selection. He orchestrates our preconstruction services from conceptual, to schematic, design development and final GMP on all of our CM and DB contracts.
Bob is responsible for new business development, coordinating our sales and marketing effort and supporting project managers with collateral material at meetings.
He brings extensive experience in real estate and finance to the Company.
Wendy coordinates all financial aspects of the Company including AR/AP, payroll, monthly cost reporting, financial statement information for interim and audited financials and budget management.
