Mr. Fernandez has served as President since 1992 and General Contractor Qualifying Agent and Vice President since 1981. With over 28 years of construction experience encompassing a wide range of projects, he demonstrates experience in each phase of the construction process from pre-planning and design with architects and engineers, value engineering and contract negotiations to project close-out. He has completed in excess of $100 million of construction. Mr. Fernandez is the principal in charge of contract negotiations with clients and also oversees the permitting process.

Mr. Fernandez oversees all daily operations at ANF Group, Inc. and formulates corporate direction and policy. In 2003 he received the Excalibur Award for Small Business Leader of the Year in Broward County.

Mr. Gil has over 23 years of construction experience initially as a project superintendent from 1986 until 1989, overseeing the daily administration of a project, then as a project manager from 1989 through 1992 overseeing all phases of construction administration to build a successful construction team. Mr. Gil has personally managed and successfully completed in excess of 75 projects worth more than $150 million in construction costs.

Mr. Gil is responsible for the entire construction team, beginning with preliminary cost projections and continuing through all phases of construction until projects are successfully completed. This responsibility includes coordinating with professional consultants and with government officials, cost projections, monthly cost updating, scheduling and working as a liaison with field personnel.

Mr. Fernandez has over 25 years of construction and real estate development serving as Secretary of the Corporation from 1986 until 1992 when he began serving as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Fernandez’s work history encompasses extensive experience in professional and medical office space build out, tenant coordination including lease negotiation, and pre-construction services. In addition, he is well versed in Real Estate development, having developed or redeveloped over 500,000 square feet of office space, working all aspects of the project from land acquisitions to financing and property management.

Mr. Fernandez is responsible for new business development, sales and marketing for ANF Group, Inc. and real estate development for all related companies.

Ms. Linarez-Castillo joined ANF Group in 2006, serving as Director of Preconstruction. She possesses a 10 year background in Preconstruction and Estimating for Commercial General Contractors. Her experience includes managing the preconstruction department and providing full detailed cost studies to our clients based upon conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents. She also is responsible for evaluating subcontractor’s quotations, maintaining good relationships with our subcontractors and a competitive bid list of quality companies.

Ms. Linarez-Castillo is responsible for the preconstruction team, managing the creation and presentation of all budget information, value engineering, and feasibility studies to present a viable budget for the projects ANF Group, Inc. is involved in.

Mr. Alvarez joined ANF Group in 2007, serving as Director of Marketing. He posses a 15 year background in Marketing, Graphic Design and Business Management. His experience includes creation of marketing campaigns and corporate image services for the construction, real estate and entertainment industries.

Mr. Alvarez is responsible for the creation and implementation of all marketing, overall company image, client presentations, technology management and public relations for ANF Group, Inc.
