Founded in 2005, KAST serves a wide variety of market sectors, including: health care, office, residential high-rise, retail, industrial, hospitality, country club, fitness, science and technology.

KAST Construction, LLC is a privately held company made up of a team of seasoned general contractors and construction managers whom you can count on to accurately budget and deliver your project in today’s challenging construction market.

At KAST, the success of our clients is the focus of everything we do. From preliminary design of a recent acquisition, through management of owner warranty issues, we guarantee our clients needs are more than satisfied. This Clients First philosophy requires a more hands-on approach from KAST Management and ownership. KAST’s principals serve as Project Executives to ensure client satisfaction goals are met throughout each project.
