The Air Force has a requirement to remove the existing floor covering in the dining room area and install new composite floor tile squares and base board material at the Mesquite Inn dining facility. This requirement is a brand name or equal request for materials. If offering an "equal" product, please provide product specifications, part numbers and available colors. Vendors supplying "equal" products shall meet the Government's salient characteristics outlined under the descriptions below.
