Hugo Perez is a high-spirited entrepreneur and business professional with 20 years of experience in information technology solutions including management, business development, workforce recruitment, and partner channel management. His areas of strength include business management, new business development, and client/partner relationship management. Mr. Perez has a strong aptitude across a large spectrum of technology, including databases, enterprise storage management, application development tools, ERP/CRM/DW applications, networks and telecommunications. During his career, Mr. Perez has represented such organizations as IBM Corporation, Oracle, and Sungard.

Hugo is currently the Managing Partner at DATACORP - a full-service I.T. consulting and systems integration firm focused on High-Availability and Business Continuity. The firm offers Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, and NetApp Solutions. DATACORP was recognized by Microsoft Corporation as their South Florida Partner of the Year in 2003-2006. The company engages in "I.T. Consulting and Systems Integration" which involves the practice of bringing smart people, best practices, and technology in the right combination, to solve the problems of systems high-availability and business continuity. DATACORP (www.data-corporation.com) provides Network Computing, Storage, Security, and Support Solutions, typically on a project basis, but also offers a pre-paid support program to help keep client systems in "Steady State."

He is a native to South Florida and serves the community as through several prestigious organizations including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), AeA, South Florida Technology Alliance Forum (SFTA), Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers, Leadership Broward, and is the new President of the International Association for Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP). In addition, Mr. Perez is an Advisory Council Member and an Alumnus of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He is featured on the cover of eWeek's April 30, 2007 edition, and received a prestigious award from the GMCC in April 2008 as Infrastructure Resource Manager of the Year. Mr. Perez graduated with a high honors engineering degree from the University of Florida.

Gonzalo Marquez

Gonzalo Marquez's Bio
Gonzalo Marquez has 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and executive management.  He has served as an investor, board member, and senior manager of companies in the security, healthcare, food, IT, telecom and entertainment industries.

Prior to joining Falcon, Mr. Marquez was the Chief Financial Officer for Mobius Security Group, a transportation security firm.  Over a six-year period, Mr. Marquez raised private capital for Mobius, developed the company's business plan and oversaw the company's strategic planning and financial management areas as it developed from an early stage venture to a profitable company.  Fulfilling a mandate established by the board, Mr. Marquez successfully led and completed the sale of Mobius Security Group to a preeminent transportation engineering firm.

Mr. Marquez was previously a Principal with Bank of America Equity Partners - Latin America, a $250 million private equity fund.  Over a seven year period, Mr. Marquez participated in the acquisition and sale of companies in the IT, telecom, entertainment, retail and food sectors.  He led due diligence activities, structured transactions, and participated as a board member to portfolio companies.  As a part of his responsibilities, Mr.Marquez managed investments in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela.

Mr. Marquez began his career working as a financial analyst with Continental Bank, where he participated in structuring debt financings for domestic middle market leveraged buyouts.

Mr. Marquez received his BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.

Angel Cicerone

Angel's diverse career spans various aspects of the communications field. She owned and ran a successful advertising agency in Fort Lauderdale and Miami for over a decade, before launching Women's Business Journal, a monthly newspaper for women in business, throughout Florida. In 1999, she began working with American City Business Journals (ACBJ), the largest publisher of metropolitan business journals in the country, starting as managing director of the South Florida Business Journal and Associate Publisher of LUXE Living Magazine. In May, 2005, she was tapped to create a new real estate product for 41 business journals across the country. She then began a whole new career with ACBJ in their New Media division, bizjournals.com. In this role, she created new revenue opportunities for the company's on line division.

In 1995, Angel founded WomenWatch, Inc., the company that launched Women's Business Journal, a monthly publication that focused on the issues of women in business in South Florida. In just two years, Women's Business Journal doubled in size and circulation and expanded to include a Central Florida, Jacksonville and a national edition. Along with the newspaper, WomenWatch also conducted conferences, seminars and other promotional events geared specifically for high-level women in business.

As founder and president of Cicerone and Company Advertising and Promotion, she gained a reputation for developing innovative marketing programs for a wide range of prestigious clients and received over 200 local and national awards for creative excellence. In 1995, Ms. Cicerone was invited by the Citizens Democracy Corps, a Washington, D.C. - based organization, to work in Olsztyn, Poland for two months as part of their program that pairs American entrepreneurs with like-businesses in Eastern Europe. Angel began her career as an advertising copywriter in New York City, working on national accounts including RCA, World Book Encyclopedia and American Express. She later worked as the advertising manager for a division of a Fortune 100 company.

A twenty-nine year resident of Florida, Ms. Cicerone has been the past president of the Advertising Federation of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, and Chair of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Broward. She is the recipient of the "Up and Comers Award" in Advertising/Public Relations. the Women's Advocate Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Giraffe Award given by the Women's Chamber of Commerce to "women who stick their necks out," the Unsung Hero Award from Commercial Real Estate Women, Miami, The Glass Ceiling Award given by NAWBO, Palm Beach and the Small Business of the Year Award from the Women's Chamber of Commerce, Broward County.

Angel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and has lectured extensively in continuing education and development programs.

Rob Hink holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1977. He is a LEED-Accredited Professional (U.S. Green Building Council) and a Commissioning Provider with the Building Commissioning Association. He has over five years of full-time commissioning experience as one of the principals with The Spinnaker Group, Inc. and over 25 years experience in facilities management, project management and energy management and control systems. For the first eight years of his professional career, Rob spent in the United States Navy nuclear power program serving in the submarine force. In this position he acquired extensive experience with power generation, mechanical and electrical systems and leadership. After leaving the Navy, Rob taught HVAC and Electrical theory at the college level.

Rob joined Johnson Controls in 1988 and spent 11 years in the controls industry eventually serving as regional manager for Systems and Services. While at Johnson Controls Rob lead the team that developed the "Results Oriented Services" program and was intimately involved in the performance contracting arena. In his last position before forming his own corporation Rob was Vice President of Operations for a large national facilities management firm. Rob helped develop the maintenance management programs as well as standardizing the operations protocols throughout the corporation

In 2001 Rob started The Spinnaker Group, Inc. with Virginia Snyder. The primary focus of the company has been LEED Implementation Consulting, Building Commissioning and Sustainable Construction Consulting. In the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rob has provided both sustainable construction consulting and commissioning services for projects both regionally and internationally. He has extensive experience in the fields of computerized building management systems, utility/energy management systems, maintenance management systems, test procedure development, and facilities operations. Rob is a long-standing member of the Building Commissioning Association and is President for the South Florida Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.

The Spinnaker Group, Inc. has provided commissioning services on over 10 million square feet of buildings and is currently working on LEED certification for over 70 projects throughout North and South America.

Mr. Paul-Hus began his career in 1986 as an electrical estimator. A short 5 years later, Bernard helped launch Hypower, initially focusing on the installation of Airfield Lighting and other related aviation construction activities. Bernard has since diversified the business into 6 operating groups, including: Airfield, Disaster Recovery, Commercial Electrical, Security and Telecom. These groups now make up a dynamic business operating across much of the U.S. and the Caribbean. With over 400 employees, Hypower has grown into one of the largest and most diversified electrical contractors in the Southeast U.S.

Mr. Paul-Hus is also the 2009 Chairman of the Board for the ABC East Coast Chapter.

Ms. Castillo is the Chief Estimator and Director of Preconstruction activities for ANF Group - a highly successful commercial general contracting firm based in Davie, Florida. Her cost estimating responsibilities include projects in the range of $1.5 million to $125.0 million across a variety of construction specializations, including healthcare, education, and other commercial buildings. Mouji has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial construction cost estimating and other preconstruction activities such as: managing estimating departments, managing client expectations, performing quantity takeoff and pricing for all CSI code divisions for conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents, value engineering, evaluating subcontractor bid packages, establishing MBE/SBE programs, subcontractors relations, resource management and prequalification procedures, and mentoring junior estimating professionals.

Prior to joining ANF Group, Mouji performed similar estimating and preconstruction functions, as well as project engineering activities for Skanska, Miller Construction Company, and Turner Construction Company. She is widely respected by the South Florida specialty contracting community and has built a reputation for fair and personable construction cost estimating protocol.

Ms. Castillo holds a Masters degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Colorado, one of the largest and most prestigious construction schools in the U.S.
