Harley Miller is President and Co-Founder of Miller Construction Company with his brother, Tom. Founded in 1973, Miller Construction Company is considered a premier Design/Builder and General Contractor in South Florida. The growth and success of Miller Construction Company can be traced back to the company's philosophy, which fosters long-term client relationships by bringing knowledge, expertise and innovative services to their clients while infusing each relationship with integrity and respect. Since its inception, Harley has helped manage the growth of Miller Construction Company. Projects such as Airbus Flight Training Facility, Riverside Hotel and the NBC 6 Broadcast Facility can be added to the over 400 commercial and residential facilities that Miller Construction Company has constructed in Florida. Their repeat client list is long and prestigious and is a testament of their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship.

The awards and recognition that Miller Construction Company garners annually is evidence of the Company's commitment to excellence. Yearly recipients of numerous Craftsmanship Awards from the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), as well as the Awards of Excellence from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Excellence in Construction Awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), demonstrate Miller Construction Company as a leader in their field with a proven track record.

Harley graduated from the University of Florida in 1969 with a degree in Building Construction. He worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for Frank J. Rooney, Inc. for 4 years before venturing into business with Tom. Harley currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Board for the School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. He also serves on several other construction and real estate related Boards. He is a Past President of, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors for NAIOP as well as a Past President and Director of the Board for the Construction Association of South Florida. Harley is also supportive and actively involved in many local charities. A Past President of The Lighthouse of Broward County and a continuing Board member, a board member of Junior Achievement, the United Way, Habitat for Humanity and many others. Harley was also the 2002 Recipient of the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame Award, and has founded two golf tournaments that have since raised several hundred thousand dollars for South Florida charities.

David Fee's Bio
David is the CEO of Lotspeich Company of Florida - a highly successful contracting firm, specializing in drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, building specialties, stucco and other exterior finishing installations. Founded in 1928, Lotspeich has earned countless awards and community recognition, including over 50 Craftsmanship Awards from the Construction Association of South Florida, 15 Excellence in Construction awards from the ABC and 2 Build Florida awards from the AGC.

In addition to his board seat on JobSite123™ - David has also served as Past President of the Construction Association of South Florida, Past Director of the Ceilings and Interior Systems Contractors Association, Past President of the Fort Lauderdale's Executives Association, and Past Advisory Contractor of the Armstrong World Ceilings Division and Tate Access Flooring. Outside of the construction community, David also serves on the Advisory Board of Falcon Opportunity Fund and is currently Chairman of 4KIDS of South Florida, a non-profit children's foster care organization.

David is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida, and he holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Florida State University.

Coty Fournier's Bio
Coty Fournier is widely recognized as one of the U.S construction industry's most successful and diverse executives, with sustained success in program management, design and construction management, and business development consultation. She was appointed CEO of JobSite123™ for her dynamic leadership style and respect throughout the construction community.

As a NAWIC scholarship recipient during her tenure at Michigan State University, she began her post-collegian career in 1990 as a Field Engineer with Turner Construction Company. Coty quickly progressed through various superintendence and project management roles, and was appointed the youngest member of Turner's national training team. She was then recruited by Blockbuster Entertainment to serve as National Manager of Construction Administration, where their 100+ person construction team opened over 350 stores per year. Coty was then appointed VP of Business Development for Miller Construction Company in 1997. She was later promoted to Sr. VP of Preconstruction and purchased a minority stock position while serving on their Board of Directors.

Her career has garnered her numerous awards and recognitions, including South Florida's Business Journal's "Business Woman of the Year" award, Fast Track Magazine's "Top 40 Under 40 Executives" award, Florida Real Estate Journal's "Top 20 Women in Real Estate" award, and many nationally published articles. Coty continues to dedicate her time speaking to construction and real estate development organizations across the country, such as ABC, AGC, CASF, NAIOP, NAWIC, University of Florida, and many others. She is a true ambassador to young professionals in our industry and an inspiration to those who wish to rise to the top.

Coty graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.

Craig Noble

Craig Noble's Bio
Craig Noble is a driven and ambitious entrepreneur with an extensive background in real estate development and commercial construction activities.

He began his post-undergraduate career as a financial strategies analyst, in the mortgage-backed securities sector of the investment banking industry. Utilizing his financial background, and fueled by his passion for construction, Craig began a successful speculative home construction business in 1993. He migrated into commercial real estate development by joining the Stiles Corporation in 1996, where he served as a Development Manager for Stiles Development Company. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process, including feasibility and proforma analysis, due diligence, real estate acquisition, planning, design, municipal approvals, construction, occupancy, and asset management transition. His management portfolio spanned both speculative and build-to-suit office building projects in South Florida.

Pulled by his entrepreneurial spirit, Craig then founded Noble Development Corporation in 2000 to provide general contracting services and owner's representation for various residential and commercial real estate development clients. He also managed numerous retail, office tenant improvement projects, and build-to-suit offices for both the public and private sectors.

Craig earned his BA degree in Marketing from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University - New York, NY. He also holds a Florida General Contractor's License (#062040).

Victor Mendez

Victor Mendez's Bio

Victor Mendez is a seasoned information systems and technology management executive.  He was recruited to JobSite123™ for his experience in web applications, design development, integration, and no-nonsense project management skills, with particular emphasis across e-marketing and e-commerce platforms. He holds leadership responsibility for all hosting, programming, systems analysis, data maintenance, and all other I.T. related functions.

Prior to joining JobSite123™, he was involved in several world-wide technology initiatives.  He designed and engineered a 24-7-365 mission critical data operations center for Duty Free Americas, the largest duty free operator in North America.  During which time, he also held simultaneous responsibility as the CIO for DutyFreeExpress.com.  Inspired to solve problems unique to the shipping and distribution world, Victor was one of the strategic designers and partners behind From2.com - a pervasive back-end software application that empowers e-businesses everywhere to transact e-commerce anywhere in the world.  It provides e-merchants and buyers with powerful tools and previously unobtainable information, navigates trade barriers, and greatly simplifies successful international e-commerce.

Victor was also the driving success behind other world-wide business solutions and applications such as Perfumania, Inc. With 300+ retail locations on their balance sheet, Perfumania acquired Victor to lead the design and implementation of Perfumania.com, which now continues to serve as America's largest fragrance and cosmetics online store.

Victor received his BS degree in Management Information Systems from Barry University - Miami Shores, Florida.

Todd S. Mann

Todd S. Mann's Bio

Todd S. Mann serves as chief operating officer of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), a national trade association of 25,000 construction and construction-related firms in 77 local chapters. As chief operating officer, he is responsible for ABC's financial, administrative and program activities. In addition, he oversees the association's operational divisions and serves as the chief internal advocate for ABC national and chapter staff.

Before joining ABC, Mann served as senior vice president of business development for the National Restaurant Association in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer of ProNetwork.TV and SmartVideo, two Internet-based companies in Atlanta offering educational programming for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry.

In the late 1990s, Mann served as chief operating officer of the Atlanta-based UNILINK Group, a hub for electronic purchasing between distributors and manufacturers in the commercial construction industry. In the mid-1980s, he started a national trend when he helped launch a company that created the concept of placing full-service bank branches inside supermarkets.

Mann began his career on Capitol Hill working for Rep. John B. Anderson (R-Ill), then Chairman of the House Republican Conference.

Mann has a bachelor of arts degree in Russian Studies from Vassar College, where he has also served as a trustee. He is an active member of his community and is a former member of the Chevy Chase, Md., town council.
