The result is a powerful qualifications tool with much improved efficiencies and risk management for industry buyers, while doubling as a powerful marketing tool for industry sellers.

Why did you build it?
We want to help our industry save time and money.
JobSite123® was conceived and built by commercial construction industry professionals who have personally experienced the painfully inefficient ways in which we have previously exchanged qualifications related information between buyers, sellers and recommenders. We were determined to leverage the power of the internet to streamline the exchange of this information in real time, AND build a search engine around that information using search criteria that makes sense for our industry.
Why now? Is our industry ready?
We have no choice - because the Internet dominates information delivery.
- The math is simple. The number of construction industry professionals who desire to use the Internet when looking for information is now greater than the number who do not use the Internet. More importantly, that desire has turned into an expectation.
- Our industry must adopt a common system - a repository of choice - so that we are not forced to waste time and money entering the information or searching for the information in multiple places which defeats the purpose.
