Add a JobSite123 Button to Your Email Signature in Microsoft Outlook 2007 (Win):

Follow these easy instructions to add a JobSite123 button to your email signature in Outlook 2007 (Windows) that will point directly to your company's Profile. (also available: web badges and print logos.)

  1. Save one of the JobSite123 images below to your desktop by right clicking on the one you want and selecting the save image/picture option: (May differ between browsers)

  2. In Outlook, click on "Tools" > "Options" and then select the "Mail Format" tab.

  4. Under the "Signatures and Stationery" window, click on the "Picture Icon" on the top right of where your existing signature window is.

  6. Now, click on the logo in the "Edit Signature" area. It should have a box around it (as shown).  At the top right of the form, click the "Insert Hyperlink" (small chain link picture).

Note: It's a good idea to test it by sending yourself an email and check to make sure it is working properly.
