Guides for optimizing the use of JobSite123®

JobSite123 provides Facilities Managers with 24/7 access to their local network of commercial construction industry professionals and all of their current qualifications related information.

  1. REGISTER
    Start by becoming a Registered User on JobSite123® so that you can access all of the features and functionality available to you at no cost.

  2. INSTRUCT YOUR CONTRACTORS
    Send an invitation to Build a Company Qual-Port™ to all of the general contractors and specialty contractors who currently work directly for you or your clients. When these companies maintain a Qual-Port™ on JobSite123® - you will have immediate access to all of their most current qualifications information as it changes over time. (Note: You will see a helpful email link for this request located on your Welcome Page once you have registered.)

  3. INSTRUCT THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS
    Instruct the General Contractors who work for you to send the same invitation to Build a Company Qual-Port™ to all of their subcontractors who are working on your projects, or being considered to work on your projects. Be sure to have them send you a link to each of their respective Qual-Ports™ when they are started and/or complete.

  4. MAKE IT A REQUIREMENT
    Make tips #2 and #3 a requirement to do business with you. This is an excellent "checks & balance" process and it creates much-needed transparency in our industry. You will be able to determine (for yourself) whether or not any contractor or subcontractor is prequalified against your project requirements and is therefore applicably experienced to be working in your facility.

  5. ORGANIZE YOUR LIVE FILE
    When you receive a Qual-Port™ link - you will be able to open it and add that company to your Live File of industry resources. This will give you easy access to everyone's most current information when you logon to JobSite123®. Whenever that company updates their information - the links in your Live File will reflect those changes.

  6. CONFIRM BASIC INFORMATION
    You can use our Qual-Ports™ to confirm important basic information about a particular company, such as their:

    • Scope of Services by CSI Code
    • Applicable Project Experience
    • Insurance Coverage
    • Bonding Capacity
    • Licenses & Certifications
    • And much more

  7. CONFIRM TRACK RECORD
    You can also learn more about a particular company's performance record and local relationships, by clicking on their:

  8. REQUEST UPDATES

    From your Live File, you can go directly to a company Qual-Port where you can simply click on the Request to Update button.   This will send a message to the Qual-Port™ owner directing them to update their information ASAP. You can even customize the message to reflect the exact type of information that needs to be updated.

  9. SEARCH FOR NEW RESOURCES
    Search in JobSite123® for potential new contractors and other related professionals that may be a good fit for the construction projects in your facility. You can search by exact company name OR by geography and CSI Code. Visit our Start Search page to see how it works.

  10. SHARE JOBSITE123® WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES
    You can Share JobSite123.com with your colleagues in the commercial real estate development community. Help others to do their jobs more efficiently. The network of available resources on JobSite123® will become more and more useful to everyone in our industry.
