JobSite123® has a variety of tools that will help you easily find and communicate with other companies within the commercial construction industry.

Registered users have a "Connection Toolbox" located on their Welcome Page. This toolbox contains handy email templates to facilitate quick and easy resource management activities.

Here are 2 examples from the Buyer's Side:

  1. You can send an invitation to Build a Qual-Port™ to all of the specialty contractors, material suppliers and other industry professionals who are already prequalified to do business with you. Even though you already have them prequalified - you still need to maintain current qualifications information from them over time. This will build your Live File of resources in JobSite123® to access their most current qualifications information in real time.
  2. Now let's say you need updated insurance information from one (or more) of the contractor's on your Bidder's List. From your Live File, you can go directly to a company Qual-Port where you can simply click on the Request to Update button. This will send a message to the Qual-Port™ owner directing them to update their information ASAP. You can even customize the message to reflect the exact type of information that needs to be updated.

Here are 3 examples for the Seller's Side:

  1. JobSite123® allows you to showcase all of your Industry Connections directly on your Qual-Port™ for easy viewing. Simply send all of your trusted peers and supporters an invitation to Create an Industry Connection and when they accept, you will be automatically featured in each other's Qual-Ports™. If your desired connection does not yet have a Qual-Port™ in our search engine - that's OK - just send them the request anyway and it will prompt them to create one.
  2. Qual-Port™ owners can send a Ratings & Testimonials request. Your clients will rate you on a scale of 1 - 5 in such areas as: estimating, pricing, quality, schedule, safety, change orders and other criteria depending upon your service provider type. They will also be able to submit additional comments and testimonial letters. When your rating request is complete - it will be returned to you for your acceptance and then automatically posted on your Qual-Port™ for general viewing.
  3. You can easily share your Qual-Port™ with a colleague. Just click on the Share My Qual-Port™ link and enter one or more email addresses. This will send them a direct link to your Qual-Port™ home page.
