Live File Management
As a registered user, you can search for resources within our search engine and add them to your "Live File" of industry resources. When you log on, your Live File will be found on the left hand side of your Welcome Page.
Your Live File will contain a direct link to all of the company Qual-Ports™ you are tracking in our system, for both your Industry Connections and the companies on your Bidder's List. They will be there handy for you every time you log on. You can also organize those company links into different groups (i.e. pending and approved).
Whenever one of the companies in your Live File updates their Qual-Port™ information - the direct links in your Live File will automatically reflect those changes. This will ensure that you have access to all of your resources' most current qualifications information in real time with a single click.
