Performance Ratings
Your company's previous performance and the number of repeat clients that you maintain are among the important intangibles that allow your company to stand out from your competition. JobSite123® has a quick and easy process for you to send a Performance Ratings Request to your clients via standardized email templates. We have 2 different types of performance rating requests:
- Ask a client to rate your performance in reference to a specific project that you have already created in your profile.
- Ask a client to rate your overall company performance (not in reference to a specific project).
Your clients will rate you on a scale of 1 - 5 in such areas as: estimating, pricing, quality, schedule, safety, change orders and other criteria depending upon your service provider type. They will also be able to submit additional comments about your performance. After your client completes your rating request - it will be returned to you for your review. Once you accept each rating, it is automatically posted on your profile allowing you to showcase your hard-earned reputation.
